Warranty Policy
All products distributed by Gol Pump Technology, come with 1 year warranty for China made products and 2 years warranty for Turkish and Italian made products. All tanks have 5 years warranty starting from the date of its production.
Warranty claims will be rejected in the following situations
Warranty claims will be rejected in the following situations:
– Any drawing, design or specification supplied by the customer/purchaser
– Modifications undertaken by the customer/ purchaser or a third party without the consents of Gol Pump Technology.
– Inadequate maintenance or faulty repair by others than Gol Pump Technology
– Failure to observe the operating instructions
– Over- loading
– Use of any unsuitable material
– The effects of chemical or electrolytic action
– Building or assembly work not undertaken by Gol Pump Technology
– Other reasons beyond Gol Pump Technology control.
As a general rule, Gol Pump Technology will not accept to pay transportation/replacement/installation costs for faulty products.
